• Wills bank of 500 + (deeds of circa 2000+)
• Staff total of 5 including fee earners, secretaries, cashier.
• Office leased, excellent location – currently on a rolling monthly contract. (Subject to renewal / negotiation – maybe option to acquire).
• No regulatory history / or pending issues.
• Good professional indemnity claims history.
• No use of marketing or website; practice does not pay for Residential conveyance as all work comes from repeat clients, via recommendation and word of mouth.
