The law firm is based within the county of Staffordshire.
We can provide the following basic information for the benefit of any seriously interested parties.
- The firm has been established for some 30 years in the area.
- Indication that two of the partners would be willing to stay on for different timescales in some capacity, subject to agreement.
- One of the partners seeking to retire fully within the next twelve months.
- Other FE, support staff willing to stay subject to agreement.
- PII already agreed from 01 October 2023 – good record over the years.
- Staffing numbers currently less than ten including fee earners, reception, secretaries, cashier.
- Office leased, excellent location – currently with a rolling monthly contract. (Subject to renewal / negotiation).
- Long established, with high net worth repeat and loyal client base.
- No regulatory history / or pending issues.

- Residential Conveyance, Wills, Trusts, Probate, Family.
- CQS accredited law practice – they are on most Bank panels for the provision of mortgage work.
